Thrashers recall goalie from AHL

TORONTO - The Atlanta Thrashers have recalled goaltender Milan Hnilicka, who began the season as their top goalie, from Chicago of the American Hockey League. <br>

Number one goalie Byron Dafoe is day-to-day with a strained groin. <br>
<br>
Hnilicka was reassigned to Chicago on December fourth after the Thrashers decided to go with Dafoe, a free agent they had just signed, and backup Pasi Nurminen. In Chicago, Hnilicka went 6-2-0 with a 2.91 goals-against average and a .905e save percentage. <br>
<br>
Hnilicka went 0-9-0 record with a 4.16 GAA and a .882 save percentage in 11 games with the Thrashers this season.
