Boy dies in ATV accident

IRWINTON - A 5-year-old boy was killed Friday when he was thrown from an all-terrain vehicle. <br> <br> Jacob Payne of Wilkinson County died when the ATV driver, who was his older cousin, hit a bump that threw the child out. <br> <br> The Kawasaki Mule, a work vehicle larger and heavier than most four-wheelers, turned over on Payne, said Wilkinson County Sheriff Richard Chatman. <br> <br> The driver was also a juvenile, but police say no charges will be filed in the accident.
