JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA - A team source has told The Associated Press that Tom Coughlin has been fired by the Jacksonville Jaguars. <br>

After three straight losing seasons, he ends his eight-year stint as coach and general manager. <br>
<br>
The source said owner Wayne Weaver informed Coughlin of the decision Monday morning. <br>
<br>
Weaver said Sunday night that he had not made up his mind about the future of the only coach the Jaguars have ever had.
