Shopkeepers asked to fight truancy

ATLANTA - School officials in Atlanta are asking the help of shopkeepers to fight truancy. <br>

They are asking the store owners to put decals in their windows to tell students they are not welcome during school hours. <br>
<br>
Officials unveiled the ``Keep Students in School'' program Monday. It will include a campaign to tell the business community and public about truancy laws. Georgia law requires children to go to school from age 6 to 16.
