Wind advisory for some counties

UNDATED - The National Weather service has issued a wind advisory for many northeast Georgia counties through Wednesday evening. <br> <br> Habersham, Rabun, Stephens, Hart, Franklin and Elbert counties are included. <br> <br> The weather service said trees and powerlines can be expected to fall in those counties.<br> <br> Trees and lines have been reported down in parts of Hall County, which is not included in the advisory.
