Freeze warning for eight northeast Georgia counties

PEACHTREE CITY - The National Weather Service has issued a freeze warning for eight counties in northeast Georgia for Thursday night. <br> <br> Counties included in the warning are Dawson, White, Lumpkin, Fannin, Gilmer, Pickens, Towns and Union counties.<br> <br> The weather service predicts that temperatures will drop into the upper 20&#39;s and lower 30&#39;s across the mountains, mainly in the warning counties.<br> <br> According to the weather service, scattered frost is possible in other portions of north Georgia.
