Arrests made in drive-by shooting in DeKalb County

DECATUR - Police arrested two men Thursday in connection with a drive-by shooting that left a 3-year-old girl wounded in her DeKalb County home. <br> <br> The girl, Hialeah Seals, was hospitalized in critical but stable condition Thursday night after being shot in the abdomen. <br> <br> Timothy Askew, 20, of Decatur, and Germaine Mountain, 18, of Lithonia, were charged with aggravated assault. DeKalb County Police Lt. Pam Kunz said the girl was shot Wednesday night as she was standing in the living room of the home with several other people. <br> <br> The suspects returned to the house after an argument and fired four or five shots from a pickup truck, according to initial police reports. <br> <br> No one else was injured.
