The Hall County Planning Commission is scheduled to hear a request Monday for a nearly 200-home project on 186 acres in the South Hall area.
The houses would be located on just over 186 acres on Ellison Farm Road near Cottonwood Drive in the Chestnut Mountain area.
Meanwhile, on December 10, the Gainesville Planning and Appeals Board is set to hear an annexation-rezoning request that, if approved, could lead to the development of 909 single-family homes and 102 townhouses on Gaines Mill Road near East Dennis Drive. That request is one of 13 items on the agenda for that meeting.
