Church fire ruled an arson

DALLAS, Ga. - A fire that heavily damaged Big Oak Baptist Church near Dallas was intentionally set, state officials announced Tuesday.<br> <br> The fire started about 5 a.m. Tuesday and engulfed the building, said Insurance and Fire Safety Commissioner John Oxendine.<br> <br> Investigators found graffiti on the steps of the porch of the sanctuary.<br> <br> The state is offering up to a $10,000 reward for information about this or other unsolved arsons.<br> <br>
