RIVERDALE - A two-year-old wandered onto a busy highway south of Atlanta shortly before dawn Wednesday and was struck and killed by rush-hour traffic.
Clayton County police Lieutenant Jeff Turner said Keylon Dillard was wearing only a diaper.
Turner said, ``It looks like he had only just woke up and wandered out of the house.''

He said the body appeared to have been hit by multiple vehicles.
Turner said it possible that in the dark, motorists don't know what they hit and kept on going.
A female motorist called police shortly after 7 a.m. reporting an object in the roadway.
Police said Keylon's mother, Erica Lee, works in downtown Atlanta and was not home at the time. It was not clear who was home with the child.
In a different case, a three-year-old boy remained hospitalized after wandering out of the family home in Powder Springs and being struck by a sport utility vehicle Tuesday.
