West Georgia shutout by Harding

CARROLLTON - Freddie Langston passed for 239 yards and one touchdown and Coy Nance kicked a pair of field goals as Harding College remained unbeaten with a 13-0 victory over West Georgia on Saturday. <br> <br> The Bisons (6-0, 4-0 Gulf South Conference) held West Georgia (3-3, 1-3) to minus 27 yards rushing and only 136 net yards of offense. <br> <br> Langston connected with Nate Dutile on a 37-yard scoring pass with 6:07 left in teh third quarter for a 10-0 lead. <br> <br> Nance had given Harding the only points it needed with a 38-yard field goal just under three minutes into the second quarter. Nance added a 45-yard field goal with 30 seconds left in the third quarter. <br> <br> Langston completed 23 of 35 passes and had one intercepted. <br> <br> The Bisons got the minus rushing yardage by virtue of seven sacks of West Georgia&#39;s Corry Strange, who completed 10 of 25 for 106 yards. Tim Polk led the Bison defense with nine tackles, including two sacks.
