Two killed in wreck on I-575

OODSTOCK, Ga. - Two people died Sunday in a fatal wreck on Interstate 575 in Cherokee County.<br> <br> Officials said speed was a factor in the accident along Towne Lake Parkway near Woodstock. The victims did not have on seat belts, Georgia State Patrol Cpl. Tim Nichols said.<br> <br> Police said one of the victims, Preston Kogie Musa, was driving southbound in a Nissan Sentra and lost control of the car, hit a guardrail and crossed the median on I-575. The car slammed into a Volvo traveling north.<br> <br> Elizabeth W. Kangethe, 22, of Smyrna, was thrown from the car and died at the scene. Musa, 23, was taken to North Fulton Regional Hospital, where he later died.<br> <br> The driver of the Volvo was not seriously hurt.<br> <br>
