SMYRNA - A Smyrna City Parks official is out of jail Wednesday morning on bond. <br>

Authorities accuse 36-year-old James Cook of stealing city money to buy supplies for his own private landscaping business. He faces theft and forgery charges. <br>
<br>
Cook has been fired by the city.
