Tuskegee rallies past Morehouse

COLUMBUS - Travis Gumbs broke a tie on a 20-yard field goal with seven seconds remaining and Tuskegee added a safety on the ensuing kickoff as time expired for a 19-14 victory over Morehouse on Saturday. <br> <br> Gumbs&#39; field goal gave the Golden Tigers a 17-14 lead slighly over three minutes after Cortlandt Florence raced 7 yards for the tying touchdown with 3:24 left in the game. <br> <br> Morehouse (4-3, 2-2 Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference) appeared to have the game under control, building its 14-7 lead on JoVaughn Bowden&#39;s 36-yard blocked punt return and Adam Lamb&#39;s 15-yard scoring pass to Earnest Hunter, both in the third quarter. <br> <br> Tuskegee (6-1, 4-1) had taken a 7-0 lead five minutes into the game when Terrence Jones connected with Christopher Bates on a 3-yard scoring pass.
