Standard time to return

It's time to ``fall back'' this weekend as standard time returns early Sunday. <br>
<br>
That means an extra hour of sleep for most of the country as people move their clocks back. <br>
<br>
Safety advocates say the change is a good time to replace batteries in smoke alarms. <br>
<br>
Daylight-saving time returns in April.
