Regions names two new board members

BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA - Regions Financial Corporation has named two new members to its board of directors, including a Geogia woman. <br> <br> The Birmingham-based banking company announced today that Susan Matlock of Birmingham and Margaret H. Greene of Atlanta will join its group of directors. <br> <br> Greene is president of regulatory and external affairs for BellSouth Corp. and chair of United States Telecom Association and the BellSouth Foundation. <br> <br> Regions operates banking offices in nine states across the South.
