Man sentenced to 40 years after pleading guilty

PEACHTREE CITY - A man who pleaded guilty to luring children into his golf cart was sentenced to 40 years in prison Thursday. <br> <br> Andrew Joseph Magnuson, 24, cruised Peachtree City&#39;s golf-cart paths, picking up two 10-year-old boys on Oct. 29, 2000. He talked to them about pornographic pictures before letting them out unharmed, police said. <br> <br> Magnuson was arrested the next day near an elementary school. Police found his golf cart loaded with duct tape, rope and a knife. Authorities also found child pornography at his home. <br> <br> Magnuson pleaded guilty to two counts of enticing a child for indecent purposes, one count of attempted kidnapping and one count of computer pornography.
