Teen shot in Griffin

GRIFFIN - A 17-year-old boy playing with a semiautomatic pistol placed it against his head and accidentally shot himself to death Sunday night. <br> <br> Police said Brandon McGee was sitting on the porch with his friend, 18-year-old Abdul Malik Ali, who owns the pistol. <br> <br> Ali gave the weapon to McGee after ejecting a round. <br> <br> Police said McGee then pointed the gun at himself and pulled the trigger. <br> <br> Police said Ali faces charges including possession of a weapon with altered identification. The serial number on the gun had been removed.
