Man accused in carjacking BellSouth van

FAYETTEVILLE - A 30-year-old man is being held in the Fayette County jail after being accused of carjacking a BellSouth van with an employee inside. <br> <br> Fayetee County Sheriff&#39;s deputies used bloodhounds and a helicopter Monday to capture the suspect, who they say took the van from a gas station in Atlanta about 8:15 a.m. <br> <br> Deputies tracked the man to Tyrone - more than 20 miles away - where he wrecked and fled on foot into the woods. <br> <br> Deputies searched for at least two hours before capturing 30-year-old Timothy Griggs of East Point. <br> <br> He faces armed robbery charges in Atlanta as well as auto theft and traffic charges in Fayette County.
