Israeli killed in West Bank shooting after Palestinian militia leader dies in explosion

TULKAREM, West Bank - A Palestinian militia leader who admitted killing Israelis and survived an Israeli missile attack on his car last year was killed in a bomb explosion outside his West Bank hide-out on Monday. <br> <br> Hours later, one Israeli died and another was wounded in a roadside shooting in the West Bank, Israeli security sources said. The shooting took place near the Jewish settlement of Shavei Shomron, a few miles from the West Bank town of Tulkarem, the sources said. They spoke on condition of anonymity. <br>
