Florida teen gets 5 years in prison for Sept. 11 bomb threat

MARIANNA, Fla. - A high school student has received a five-year prison term for making a false bomb threat on Sept. 11 and 20 years of probation for four earlier threats. <br> <br> Tyler Porter, 18, who pleaded no contest in November, was sentenced Tuesday. The maximum sentence he faced was 15 years for each count. <br> <br> Law enforcement and emergency officials were called away from a statewide crisis meeting on Sept. 11 to respond to Porter&#39;s final threat. <br> <br> &#34;Real fear was felt that day at Marianna High School by everyone except one student. That one student was Tyler Porter,&#34; said Circuit Judge William L. Wright, who also recommended psychological evaluation and treatment. <br> <br> <br> <br>
