Lilburn teen charged in fatal Habersham wreck

CLARKESVILLE - A fatal Habersham County traffic accident New Year's Day leads to charges against a Lilburn teenager, including DUI.<br>
<br>
18-year-old James Whitlock is also charged with underage possession of alcohol. <br>
<br>
He was driving an S.U.V. which wrecked on Georgia 365, killing David Jobes, 18, and also from Lilburn.<br>
<br>
The accident happened about 8:30 Tuesday morning near Alto.
