Winder man in ICU after wreck

HALL COUNTY - A 45 year Winder man sustained serious injuries in a traffic accident in Hall County Friday night. <br> <br> Troopers initially requested a LifeFlight helicopter, signifying the patient could go to a metro trauma center. Dexter Wayne Harness, however, ended up at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.<br> <br> Nursing Supervisor Barbara Burk said Harness was in serious but stable condition in the intensive care unit Saturday morning.<br> <br> His pick-up overturned down an embankment on Winder Highway near Lanier National Speedway.<br> <br> Authorities were called out to the accident at about 6:40 p.m.
