Fugitive out of Florida caught in Berrien County

ALBANY - A man wanted in Florida on charges of raping a 13-year-old girl signed extradition papers this morning in Berrien County, just on this side of the state line. <br> <br> Sheriff&#39;s deputies captured 38-year-old Charles Bryan Runyan last night, ending his four years on the run. <br> <br> A local resident called police after seeing Runyan on the television show America&#39;s Most Wanted Saturday evening. The viewer knew him as Charlie Brown, a man who did odd jobs and construction work around town. <br> <br> Runyan fled Columbia County, Florida, in 1998 after being charged with 13 counts of sexual battery. He&#39;ll go back there now to stand trial.
