Debt proves problem for Toccoa

TOCCOA - A new report from auditors shows that the city of Toccoa has gone broke. <br> <br> The audit released Thursday says the city will have no operating budget and will be more than three-million dollars in debt by the end of the fiscal year. <br> <br> Mayor James Neal is optimistic the city will get through the crisis in good shape, some options the commission make look at are budget cutbacks and higher taxes.<br>
