HOMER - Banks County Police are asking for help to find a man missing since December 27.
50 year old Wilmont "Monty" Tidd, described as a five-foot-five, 170 pound, white male, was last seen in Flowery Branch driving an 1985 metallic green Oldsmobile, with Georgia tag number 944TBM.
Sheriff Charles Chapman says Tidd was supposed to follow some people who dropped him off to a job site. Police are treating this as a missing person's case, even though there has been no activity with Tidd's cell phone or bank account since he disappeared.
If anyone has any information, they are asked to call the Banks County Sheriff's department at (706) 677-2248.
