Jesse Jack Wood III, 32, of Montrose and Telly Vershon McRae, 25, and William M. ``One of the inmates involved came forward Jan. 8,'' Toney said. ``We hate that this thing happened, but when something like this does happen, we try to handle it quickly and properly.''
Toney said Wood was charged with one count each of sodomy and sexual assault, McRae was charged with two counts of sodomy and one count of sexual assault, and Gilbert was charged with two counts of sodomy.
