American sets new world-record in breaststroke

PARIS - Ed Moses of the United States broke his own short-course world record in the 200-meter breaststroke Friday. <br>

He finished in 2:04.37 at a World Cup meet. <br>
<br>
Moses clipped more than two seconds off his old mark, set almost two years ago.
