WINDER - The Winder Clerk of Court has resigned after a financial audit of the city&#39;s police department. According to a published report, Kathy Moedjio admitted responsibility for some missing money. <br> <br> Moedjio is quoted apologizing to the city, noting that she is a single parent with four children. <br> <br> Moedjio said she wasn&#39;t making excuses, but that her husband stopped paying child support and that she did what she did to take care of her children. <br> <br> Auditors have not determined the amount of missing money. <br> <br> Moedjio had worked for the city for about a decade.
