Dogs' Cioroch wins Georgia Invitational

ATHENS - Georgia sophomore Agata Cioroch won the Georgia Invitational tennis tournament with a straight-sets victory over teammate Anne Nguyen. <br>

The second-seeded Cioroch beat Nguyen 6-4, 6-1 at the Lindsey Hopkins Indoor Center in Athens Monday. <br>
<br>
In doubles competition, Armstrong Atlantic State's Zsofia Golopencza and Michaela Kratochvilova combined to win the title 8-6 over the Georgia duo of Cioroch and Alexandra Smith.
