The cases of 44 people charged with cash pay outs on video poker machines in northeast Georgia have been put on hold.
The arrests were made in September during raids on convenience stores in Franklin and Hart Counties.
The charges have been brought into question after a judge ruled the state ban on the machines was unconstitutional, but those arrested were charged under the existing law aganst cash payouts.
