WOODBINE - Court records show that the driver of a charter bus that crashed last April, injuring 46 high school students from North Carolina, will be arraigned next month on multiple charges.

Darol Britt of Fayetteville, North Carolina, is charged with seven counts of felony serious injury by vehicle and one count of misdemeanor reckless driving.

If convicted, Britt could face up to 15 years in prison for each felony count and as much as one year in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Camden County Sheriff's Lieutenant William Terrell said the 38-year-old Britt was arrested yesterday and released on $35,000 bond.
