Hall County men promoted by DOT

Two Hall County men have been named to new positions with the Georgia Department of Transportation.

Kelvin Mullins has been named an Assistant Area Engineer for Construction and Marvin Powell is the new Highway Maintenance Foreman for Forsyth County.

In adition, Johnny Emmett of Barrow County has been named Assistant District Construction Engineer.
