Nonfood-contact surfaces must be kept free of food residue. COS: PIC cleaned shaker and keyboard. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(e)] Observed wet mops being stored inside service sink and on ground outside of service sink. Mops must be stored in a way that prevents contamination and allows them to air dry. COS: PIC hung mops on wall rack. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
