6-1A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed cooked chorizo and cooked pork stored in 2-door merchandiser cooler being cold held at 61F to 64F. TCS food should be cold held at 41F and below to prevent bacterial growth.
COS: PIC voluntarily discarded cooked pork and cooked torizo. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
