Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Chemical sanitizing dishmachine not dispensing any sanitizer at time of inspection. Ensure the dish machine dispenses a chlorine concentration of between 50 - 100ppm of Chlorine during the final rinse cycle. PIC is to sent up Manual wash ,rinse and sanitize procedures at the (3) compartment sink, while the Technician has been contacted and will be in this evening to repair the dish machine. Also observed two male employees preparing food with beards more than 1/2 inch long. All employees were given hair restraints and beard restraints which they all put on during the inspection.
