Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(j)1&2] Observed multiple employee beverages in single service cups with lids and straws stored on prep tables around the kitchen. Employee beverages must be kept in designated areas away from food-contact surfaces. COS: PIC moved cups to shelf below tables. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 11A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(e)] Observed a large volume of chicken wings cooling in a large covered plastic container. Wings were at 60F. at 4:15PM. PIC states wings were cooked at 11:30AM. PIC removed wings from container and placed them on backing sheets in walk-in, uncovered to cool (see log)(COS). Appropriated cooling methods must be use to cool TCS foods. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
