Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed warewashing machine with a non-functioning pressure gauge. Hot water sanitizing warewashing machines must be equipped with a pressure gauge to ensure the pressure is between 15-25 PSI for proper sanitization. PIC to have pressure gauge repaired. Repeat Violation.
