Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed all sanitizer buckets in main kitchen at 0ppm QAC sanitizer. QAC sanitizer should be maintained at a level set by the manufacturer in order to be effective (usually 150-400ppm). COS: Employee refilled sanitizer buckets at a concentration of 200ppm QAC sanitizer. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
11D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(2)(x)] No thermometer was present in raw meat cooler next to grill. Thermometer provided on the outside is out of order. All cold and hot holding units must be provided with a temperature measuring device. PIC to place a new thermometer in cooler. New Violation.
