Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(k)] Observed scoop stored in a container of raw chicken located in a reach-in cooler with the handle in contact with the raw chicken. Scoops should be stored with the handle facing up to prevent cross contamination. COS: Scoop was removed and placed in the 3-compartment sink to be wash/rinsed/sanitized. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
