Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(d)] Observed cooked eggs in the walk in cooler unit cooling at 77 Degrees Fahrenheit. The eggs had been cooked 5 hours ago. Ensure that all TCS foods when cooling are cooled from 135 to 70 Degrees Fahrenheit within 2 hours, and then from 70 to 41 Degrees Fahrenheit with 4 hours. The cooked eggs was voluntarily discarded during the inspection. New Violation . cos Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
