Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(j)1&2] Observed multiple open beverage cans on prep tables upon beginning inspection. Employees may keep drink in the kitchen if they are kept in designated areas in a single service cup with a lid and straw. Personal beverages must be kept out of the kitchen. COS: PIC moved beverages to a designated area. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
