Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3] Observed accumulated grease, debris, and flour underneath both mixer heads. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be cleaned frequently enough to prevent debris build up. PIC to clean mixer heads before using again. Repeat Violation.
