Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(e)] Observed cooked sausage in the walk-in cooler cooling within a container with a lid on it. Hot food that is cooling should be stored uncovered. COS: PIC removed lid and moved container to top shelf to prevent overhead contamination. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
