Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed small fragments of mold accumulation located inside of drink dispenser by the drive through window. PIC stated drink nozzles are cleaned every night. Informed on using small brush after soaking in sanitizer. COS: PIC removed, and washed/rinse/sanitized nozzle. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(2)(f),(g)] Observed 2 separate leaks located in lobby. Water leaking from weather enough to puddle onto the floor. Walls and ceilings should be joined/attached for prevention against the weather and possible leaking from outside the establishment. New Violation.
