Patients were upset to learn that, in 2016, the clinic’s computer databases were hacked and they filed a lawsuit, which was initially dismissed by an Athens-Clarke County trial court.
A family pet died in a house fire in downtown Buford Friday night. A 911 call was made just after 11 p.m. that a home was fully involved in flames on W. Moreno Street. Fire crews arrived to find smoke and flames coming out from the windows on all sides of the home.
