Gainesville's Tasha Humphrey scored 15 points and grabbed 12 rebounds, and Georgia remained unbeaten by downing Prairie View 78-44 Friday night in the opening round of the Junkanoo Jam.

Arkansas knocks off No. 1 LSU
LSU's national title hopes were crushed by a Heisman-worthy performance. Darren McFadden rushed for three touchdowns and threw for another to lift Arkansas to a 50-48, three-overtime victory over the top-ranked Tigers on Friday.

Bulldogs take Egg Bowl win on late Carlson FG
Mississippi State scored 17 straight points in the fourth quarter, capped by Adam Carlson's 48-yard field goal with 18 seconds left, to beat rival Mississippi 17-14 on Friday and probably lock up the school's first bowl bid since 2000.
