Fearless Fund Launches Men’s Appreciation Grant Program to Provide Black Male Business Owners a Total of $20,000 in Grants and Resources

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jun 15, 2022--

, the first venture capital fund built by women of color, for women of color, has announced the Men's Appreciation Grant Program, which looks to award two deserving Black men grants in the amount of $10,000 each for a total of $20,000.

The Men's Appreciation Grant Program is unique for the venture capital firm, which specializes in working with and investing in women of color businesses. Still, the Fearless Fund team understands the vital role Black men play in the economy and is elated to honor their achievements, contributions, and amazing business.’ In addition to funding, each recipient has been granted access to a community of founders of color and additional services to serve them and their ventures.

“Fearless Fund stands wholeheartedly behind our Black male entrepreneurs who create a lasting impact on our economy, families, and communities,” said Arian Simone, General Partner and Co-Founder of Fearless Fund. “Providing these men with the capital they deserve is a rewarding and powerful experience, and we can’t wait to see their businesses grow and flourish.”

Applications are being accepted now, with submissions closing on June 19, 2022. Selected entrepreneurs may span industry categories, including but not limited to hospitality, tech, food and beverage, fashion, wellness, and education, as well as geographical location, with one recipient being a business owner in Atlanta, where Fearless Fund is based, and the other anywhere in the United States.
