GMS Announces Date for Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2022 Earnings Release and Conference Call

TUCKER, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jun 9, 2022--

GMS Inc. (NYSE:GMS) (the “Company”), a leading North American specialty building products distributor, announced today that it will release its financial results for the fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended April 30, 2022 before the market opens on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday, June 23, 2022. A conference call will be held that same day at 8:30 a.m. eastern time to review financial results, discuss recent events and conduct a question-and-answer session.

The conference call and accompanying slide presentation will be available under “News & Events” in the “Investors” section of the Company’s website at .
