A Homer woman is dead following a two-vehicle accident Tuesday morning in Hall County.
The wreck happened in the area of Ga. 52 and Woodland Drive, and the Georgia State Patrol responded to the scene at approximately 7:38 a.m.
According to authorities, Brianna Bonilla, 24 was driving her Kia Forte east on Ga. 52 and failed to maintain her lane.
Bonilla traveled into the westbound lane and struck a Ford Explorer that was driven by Victoria Carnes, 45 of Gillsville.
Bonilla was pronounced dead at the scene, and Carnes was taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries.
